Our firm's practice commenced in the Surulere area of Lagos State sometimes in December, 1988; as Nwabu' Okoye & Associates (Remedium Chambers); and the sole practice of our Principal who was called to the Nigerian Bar in October, 1986.

      From name changes, those engendered by expansion, operational means and in other areas our firm evolved from that sole practice of two decades ago to the medium sized practice of today blending the experience and perspectives of the generations of legal practitioners, paralegals and others that are in or have pasted through the firm since its inception.

      Our practice is comprehensive and diversified including as to practice areas, clientele and territorial coverage.  We create and deliver legal solutions within the hallowed traditions and tenets of the legal profession driven by the peculiar but positive spirit, commitment and other attributes of our people; Counsel and paralegal alike.

 In the same spirit that this practice is "our firm" and not "the firm”; we all, principal,counsel,management and other staff, alike are called "our people" and regard ourselves; as one family; one people, The majority of our people have put in several years of service in our firm imbuing our practice with the continuity and stability that inspires confidence and that is so vital in service and solution, finding and delivery. The other addition to our firm's name, "The Alliance Law Practice" is sometimes a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and always an indication of the relationships we continually forge within and outside Nigeria for the benefit of our practice, clients and society at large.

 Our offices are presently in Ilupeju Estate in Lagos state, an estate that is the location of several multinational and indigenous manufacturing companies, other businesses and multinational residences. It is of convenience to our practice and clients that Ilupeju is accessible to and from the local and international airports, government secretariats, the downtown commercial centre and other areas of Lagos state.
